Remembrance Day

The students of 3º ESO carried out a project to show Primary and Secondary students the importance of the English culture and Remembrance day.

In the English room they hung poppies, flags, images and explanatory texts that symbolize the people that have given their lives for a more or less fair cause.

Our aim was to remember the 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour which was the moment The Great War finished. This was an important activity which reinforced values such as solidarity, socializing and learning to appreciate the effort others do in our society.

Without any doubt, this was an important date to remember.
